We want you to be fully satisfied with your Mattel purchase; if you are not, we accept returns for items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain items, such as customized products or items marked as final sale, are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all parts and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our returns portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
